Navajo officials said on Friday a bill that seeks a $65 million loan of the tribe to start the Escalade resort may have a hearing later this month, and online comments that were missing have been found and resubmissions have been accepted.

Navajo tribal officials said on Wednesday they counted only one-eighth of the tens of thousands of comments filed online last week opposing the proposed Escalade development.
