Little Colorado River Water Rights Workshop – Hosted by Black Mesa Trust

You are invited to attend a workshop that will cover the on-going Little Colorado River (LCR) water rights claim settlement, the Peabody water mining and its IMPACT on Sii’papu.
The LCR Settlement and ties to the 2004 Arizona Water Settlement Act will also be explained.
The workshop will be conducted by the Black Mesa Trust and will start promptly at 6pm.
Tribal officials and spokesman including the Water / Energy team are invited to attend so that they can respond and hear the concerns of the people.
