Hearing Radmilla, director Angela Webb. This portrait of Radmilla Cody, takes us from her early years growing up with her grandmother, through her controversial reign as the first biracial Miss Navajo Nation (1997-98), explores the early years of her promising singing career and the realities that lead to serious legal consequences.
Since the film was made, Radmilla has gone on to receive numerous accolades, including a Grammy nomination and the 2013 Native American Music Award for Best Record of the Year. (Angela Webb, 2010, 82 min.).
