Enjoy, Explore, and Protect Our National Monuments

Please join us at a community event August 19th at REI-Paradise Valley. We’ll discuss the impacts the National Monuments Review will have on our public lands.

Four of Arizona’s national monuments are part of this unprecedented review and are in danger of being reduced in size or stripped of their protection as a designated national monument.

More than 2.7 million comments were submitted nationwide in support of these treasured places. The national monuments provide us with amazing recreational opportunities and are the life force for many endangered species.

So, step in out of the heat and enjoy some cool refreshments with us and learn more about where we’re at in this unpopular review process and to find out about the next steps we can take together in defense of these special places in Arizona.
